Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible to return your product under the terms outlined below.

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team.
    Please send us a message through our contact form before returning any items.

Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Restocking fee & shipping costs

  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your item.
  • Exchanges may be offered instead of refunds upon customer request and product availability.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form. We will ask for photos of the damage when we respond.
Once approved:

  • If possible, we will repair the item or ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • If repair is not possible, you will receive a 100% refund, including original shipping costs.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping for the return to our facility.

Non-returnable items

  • Any product that has been used, modified, or installed.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Lifetime Manufacturing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
